According to The Hard Tackle, which was cited in The Daily Telegraph, Ruben Neves’ services will not be available to Manchester United until the club pays a fee of £70 million.
This summer, the Red Devils are placing a greater emphasis on strengthening their midfield and have their sights set on the Portuguese player. Over the course of the past few years in the Premier League, the 25-year-old has been one of the players with the most consistent performance.
Neves has played for Wolverhampton Wanderers 212 times, during which time he has scored 24 goals and assisted on 12 others. He is now prepared to advance to the next level of his career, and a number of different clubs are interested in acquiring his services.
If they receive an offer of £70 million for their prized possession, the Wolves are willing to part ways with it. However, in order to get their man, United will need to protect themselves from competition from Barcelona.
