Former Inter Milan midfielder Sulley Muntari has expressed his readiness to extend his contract with Hearts of Oak and also partake hugely in their African campaign.
The 37 year was off in football for three years until he decided to relaunch his career in the Ghanaian topflight, having signed for giants Hearts of Oak in the middle of the campaign.
In the just ended season, he helped the ‘Phobians clinched two trophies thus the President Cup and the league cup which has gotten them a spot into next season’s CAF Confederations Cup.
In a one on one interview with Kwabena Yeboah, the 2010 Uefa Champions League winner has disclosed he is ever ready to extend his contract and continue with the ‘Phobians.’ He said;
“I have been speaking to the President and other management members of the club. I signed six months contract with Hearts of Oak and I want to renew it because I want to be part of the club’s African campaign.”
The Rainbow club are yet to commence their preseason ahead of the 2021/22 football season.
