Napoli are getting closer to a deal with Angers for midfielder Azzedine Ounahi, who shone for Morocco at the World Cup.
The 22-year-old was a key member of the Atlas Lions squad in Qatar, appearing in all of their games during their historic run to fourth place. His performance at the World Cup drew interest from clubs all over Europe, with Napoli joining a race that also included Leicester City and Lyon.
According to Fabrizio Romano, Napoli is quickening their pace in order to outbid their rivals for Ounahi. Napoli has submitted a worth €15 to sign the Moroccan midfielder.
The league leaders are willing to release Diego Demme in order to make room for the Moroccan.
Adana Demirspor, owned by Vincenzo Montella, are interested in signing the 31-year-old German, who is currently awaiting a Bundesliga offer.
