Ronaldo Dominates Saudi Golden Boot Race.
The Saudi Pro League is in full action following a summer of big signings, and some of these star players are already making their mark in the Middle East. Let’s see how the race for the Golden Boot in the league is shaping up.
Cristiano Ronaldo leads the way with 11 goals for Al-Nassr in just 10 games. The five-time Ballon d’Or winner kicked off the season in style, scoring a hat-trick against Al-Fateh in August and netting a decisive two goals against Al-Ahli, their title rivals, last month.
Notably, Ronaldo also tops the assist charts with six assists, sharing the lead in this category within the league.
SADIO MANE (SCORES SIX)
Sadio Mane, who recently joined Al-Nassr after his time at Bayern Munich, made an impressive start with six goals in his first six league games. Although he hasn’t scored in the last five matches, he has contributed with two assists, one for Ronaldo and another for Talisca. It’s only a matter of time before he gets back to his goal-scoring form.
